1. Services

Beltway Pools LLC provides pool construction, design, renovation, maintenance, repair, and related services in the Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and any additional agreements or contracts entered into between you and Beltway Pools LLC.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided by Beltway Pools LLC are based on our assessment at the time of evaluation and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials required, site conditions, or changes requested by the Customer. A quote or estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon schedules; however, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permitting, or other circumstances beyond our control. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits may be required before work begins.
  • Balances are due upon completion of services or as specified on your invoice.
  • We accept payment via credit card, check, ACH, and other methods as communicated at the time of service.
  • Overdue payments may be subject to late fees and/or interest as permitted by Virginia law.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services for unpaid balances.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Any warranties or guarantees on workmanship, equipment, or materials will be specified in your individual service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. Beltway Pools LLC does not warrant any third-party products beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Beltway Pools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or submitting forms on the Site.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area for our technicians and contractors.
  • Obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Inform Beltway Pools LLC of any known hazards, underground utilities, or conditions that may affect the scope of work.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, designs, and software — is the property of Beltway Pools LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number through our website, contact forms, or during the course of service, and by opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Beltway Pools LLC. These messages may include:

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your service requests. You may receive multiple messages per week during active service periods.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Beltway Pools LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Beltway Pools LLC unless you opt in again. Please note that opting out of text messages does not cancel any service agreements or obligations.
